Escondidinho de vegetal – Naked pie (no pastry) of cassava mash with courgette, aubergine and leeks served with salad garnish
Moqueca – A Classic from Bahia, mixed seafood and fish stew made with sweet peppers and coconut milk served with steamed rice
Bacalhau grelhado – Grilled salted cod filet served with stuffed potato with palm heart cream
Feijoada – Famous Brazilian slow cooked mixed pork meat and black beans stew served with rice, farofa, sautéed greens and orange
